  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • A return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery

4. Refund Processing

You will be notified of the outcome—whether your refund request is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital software products

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
